STEP 1.
First you must have virtual server installed on localdrive. Try WAMP server, it is very good solution. WAMP server you can download from www.wampserver.com/en/download.php
After installation start WAMP server.

STEP 2.
Download from joomla.org the latest version on joomla.
STEP 3.
In WAMP www directory create an folder and export downloaded joomla installation. This folder will be root on you localhost Joomla site. For example we will create My Site folder.

STEP 4.
In browser type 127.0.0.1 and in Your Projects click on your folder that you have created in STEP 3.

STEP 5.
Now in next 7 steps you will install Joomla.
1. Choose Languge and click on Next
2. IF Pre-installation Check is OK click on Next
3. License … after reading click on Next
4. Database Configuration
After WAMP installation HostName is set as localhost and default user is root.You can add a new user but for now use this parametars. For root user password is no need. Choose Database Name and click on Next.

5. FTP Configuration … just click on Next
6. Main Configuration
Now you will need to enter Site name, Admin e-mail and pass, and Click on Install Sampe Data. After that click on Next.
7. Congratulations! Joomla! is now installed. But before you can log in, you must delete installation folder.
